Congratulations to Kanoe! Tina told me Sunday that Kanoe had won Ms. Hawaii. I am very excited for her and can't wait to watch the pageant in September! Best of luck to Kanoe!!!!

I'm just stunned. I had no idea that Kanoe was even running for this. We found out on Sunday. Kanoe is close friends with my Husband's (Jerry) niece, Sherry Ellis. I remember when Kanoe was little & lived in Jefferson City, MO and she and Sherry were together all the time. I last saw her when she was in high school. She has grown into a beautiful woman whom I expect will be our new Miss America.

Jerry & I wish her the best of luck!!!!!!!

I am Kanoe's friend Sherry Ellis' dad. I am so proud of Kanoe as if she were my own daughter. Kanoe and Sherry spent so much time together growing up, I sometimes thought I had two daughters. Kanoe was always so polite and well mannered when she was at our house. She was a real pleasure to have around. Congradulations Kanoe and may God continue to bless you and your family!

I guessed you might have a website and I was right. Congratulations on all of your success...can't wait to order your CD when it's available. AND KANOE...WOW!! What can I say that hasn't already been said. Doesn't surprise me in the least what the both of you have accomplished. I did just read though that Kanoe is going after her Math Education degree...which is a personal favorite of mine I must say! Congratulations and best of luck in Miss America...woahh...still gives me the chills to say that.
